Place CD4060 with 32.768kHz crystal, load caps, 10M feedback resistor, 1M series resistor. Chain CD4020 for further division. Tap and label CLOCK_1HZ, CLOCK_500HZ, CLOCK_10KHZ outputs. Add decoupling caps. Verify values.
