Place SEC, MIN, HR counters using 74HC193. Add glue logic for rollover: SEC/MIN at 60, HR at 24. Wire INC/DEC inputs from inc-dec sheet. Wire 1Hz clock with ADJUSTING gate. Output 6x 4-bit BCD to switching MUX.
