Generate 2-bit SELECT signal controlling Time/Date/AP switching. Logic: 00=Time, 01=Date, 10=AP. Wire DATE_DISPLAY from user inputs sheet. Wire AP_ACTIVE from anti-poisoning timer. Output SELECT to switching MUX sheet.
