Place 12x SN74HC153 dual 4:1 MUX. One chip per 2 bits, 24 bits total across 6 digits. All chips share 2-bit SELECT from MUX selection sheet. Inputs: Time BCD, Date BCD, AP BCD. Output 6x 4-bit BCD to BCD latch sheet.
