Place 74HC163 as sequencer. Define 6 states: SETTLE wait for ripple, LATCH BCD 74HC373 LE, SNAPSHOT 74HC165 SH/LD, SHIFT 64 clock pulses at 10kHz, LATCH DISPLAY HV5622 LE pulse, IDLE wait for next 1Hz edge. Clocked at 10kHz from divider.
