Place 2x HV5622 32-channel HV shift registers. Wire serial data in from 74HC165 chain. Wire CLK, LE, BL from sequencer. 60 HV outputs connect through cathode resistors to IN-8 tube socket pins. Separate HV and logic grounds carefully.
